In December 2023, we reached a landmark anniversary of 40 x years as a community arts charity. We celebrated with a public exhibition ‘A Flavour of Fleet Arts’, alongside an art auction and a Big Give fundraising campaign….and of course an open invitation party!
We employed an intern from Derby University to work with our original founder and our Project Coordinator, with a grant from Foundation Derbyshire, to archive our huge body of work. This was then gifted to Derbyshire Record Office for perpetuity.
